Kaila’s professional expertise is in communications and information design; she is the founder of Missing Link Consultants, a results-focused communications company, and has helped to deliver high-level projects including a learning and development strategy for a large corporation in Abu Dhabi. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University in New York.

Sean and Kaila provide the design and delivery of 300 - 700 level project management training courses to the University of Canterbury and the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT).

Both Sean and Kaila are active and well-regarded in the project management community; Sean is the President of the Project Management Institute of New Zealand.
