About Us
There are thousands of training organisations that offer courses related to project management. Although many of them deliver a high-quality educational experience, the majority have not been independently assessed against global standards for both project management and continuing education and training. Falcon Training is an accredited PMI training provider.

Falcon Training does only one thing: world-class project management training

At Falcon, we understand that our success is not about us teaching -- it's about you learning. Everything we do is focused on that outcome. That's why we have on our team all of the different skill sets required for effective professional development:

  • Subject matter experts
  • Facilitation experts
  • Educational design experts

Since our inception, we have been guaranteeing the success of our project management training. Our students come from companies of all sizes, including some of New Zealand’s largest organisations in the IT, construction, tertiary, health, infrastructure, retail and service sectors.

Our emphasis is to deliver course content and follow-up support empowering both corporate organisations and individuals with:

  • A professional approach to project management
  • Greater financial efficiency
  • The ability to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget
Falcon Training designs, develops and delivers world class project management training from introductory level up to tertiary and international credential level.

Our core project management training materials are grounded in the globally recognised standards of the PMBOK Guide (The Project Management Body of Knowledge). All of our facilitators are certified in their subject areas and meet Falcon’s own strict standards of both technical competency and teaching style.
